Click the “Join Now” button on the home page and you can choose to sign up with your Facebook accounts, Google accounts or your email address.

If you forgot your password, please click the ” Forgot your password” button and enter your email, you will get an email which makes you able to reset your password.

After logging in your Impactio account, you can find the ”Import data to improve your profile” button on the right side of the academic resume page. Please click the button and you can import your publications from Google Scholar, information from ResearchGate and LinkedIn.

Yes, we have several resources to help you get started easily. After you register an Impactio account, the walkthrough sign will automatically pop up and guide you to finish the basic settings.

Yes, you can access Impactio content by searching papers, researchers or labs online. Since the terminal goal of Impactio is maximizing researchers’ impact, we let your research work be exposed under as many related people as possible.

If you finish your profile setting and update your education, work experience, research interests etc, Impactio will recommend you to the people you may know. They might be your schoolmates, colleagues or other professions in the same field as you.

Please take a look at the bottom of the “people you may know” block, you’ll find the “Explore Network” button. Click the button and you can find every researcher you may know there. 

Click the round button with three people on the header bar, and you’ ll find all your connections. You can message or remove any connections by clicking buttons on the right side of each connection column.

You can find the “Connect” button on the right side of other researchers’ resume page. After clicking the button, you can send a customized invitation message to the researcher you would like to make connections with.

You can message every researcher on Impactio by clicking the “message” button on the right side of other researchers’ resume page.
