Chien-Chung Lin is a Professor of Law at NYCU School of Law. His research focuses on corporate law and financial regulation, economic crime, corporate lawyering and business negotiation. He teaches US Corporate Law, US Securities Law, White Collar and Economic Crimes, US Banking Law, US Antitrust Law, Corporate Governance and Corporate Lawyering, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. Professor Lin holds a S.J.D degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to joining academia, he served as a Prosecutor for the IP task force and financial crime in Taiwan. In 2008, he was awarded the Winner of World Wide Junior Corporate Scholar Forum held by Columbia University Law School, New York, U.S.A.
