She received her B.I.T Bachelor of Information Systems) and M.I.S. (Master of Information Systems) from Griffith University, Australia in 1997 and 2001, respectively. She completed her DTech (Doctor of Technology in Science) from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia, in 2005. She is now working as an Associate Professor at Department of Information Technology, Suan Dusit University.
