Professor Yung-hua Kuo specializes in Disaster Law, Indigenous Law, and Taiwan Legal History. At NYCU Law, she teaches both Taiwanese and American Constitutional Law, Information Privacy Law, as well as Legal Thesis Writing and Methodology. Professor Kuo received her Ph.D. and LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law and her Bachelor of Law from National Taiwan University. Before joining NYCU Law, she was a postdoctoral researcher with the Taiwan Ministry of Science and Technology.
