Morteza Bakhtiarvand received his M.A. (Master of Art) in Educational Technology from Allameh Tabataba'i University, Tehran, Iran in 2016 and he got his second M.A in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign ‎Language) from Research and Science Center of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz, Khuzestan, Iran, in ‎‎2006. He received his B.A. (Bachelor of Art) in TEFL from Islamic Azad University of Dezful, ‎Khuzestan Iran. Now he is PhD Student of Educational Technology at Allameh Tabataba'i University.
