Kuei-Jung Ni is Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Trans-Pacific Partnership and Transnational Trade Laws at the School of Law, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) in Taiwan. He specializes in public international law, international economic law, environmental law, and bio-technology law, especially covering the cross-cutting issues of trade, the environment, and public health. His present study focuses on exploring the implications and impacts of transnational regulations on food safety and risk analysis, including normative works of competent international regimes, such as the WTO, Free Trade Agreements, Codex, and the Biodiversity Convention, etc., and examining national implementations and autonomy spaces as well. He has written dozens of articles appearing in trade, environmental, and health law journals.
