I joined University of Florida (UF) as a postdoctoral research associate in Horticulture science. Prior to UF, I earned my bachelor’s in biotechnology from Jiangsu University and master’s in plant biology from Zhejiang University before moving to the United States to work as a research assistant in plant biology at Michigan State University. I later went on to earn a doctorate in crop breeding as well as a second master's in probability and statistics from Auburn University.
