Dr. Manish Kumar has earned Ph.D in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan and currently engaged as faculty at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. He supervised 6 Ph.D thesis and >20 master dissertations. He published >80 international peer-reviewed journal papers and has 17 years’ research/teaching experience with H-index =22, i10-index=39 with total citation (~2000)-Google Scholar. He edited four books and won Best Research Award (2013) at 4th APWYP conference, two Best Poster Awards, DST young scientist Grant, JSPS Research Fellowship, COE Young Researcher Fund and Linnaeus-Palme stipend, SIDA, Sweden. He is the associate editor for Groundwater for Sustainable Development and Hydrological Research Letter. He lead edited two special issues for international journals.
